You can drive to within 200 feet of the waterfront and walk down to the river as well. Your private enjoyment of our home and property are what we offer our guests. Access to miles of walking trails and to the Big East River. Minutes from town. There is parking for 2 vehicles beside the home. You can also walk or drive from this home to the Big East River on our privately owned parkland across the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our end-of-winter getaway to the tiny home. Brent and Michelle were friendly with great communication and very clear instructions for everything in the house. The house is immaculate and beautifully appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. We loved sitting by the tiny, cosy wood stove and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy drive to Arrowhead for xc-skiing and dinner in town. We’d love to return and maybe stay in the glass dome too.
Brent and Michelle were great hosts and accommodating to our unique travel complications (winter storm). The tiny home is really cute, comfortable and complete with all the necessities. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while watching the snow flakes come down from the night sky. It’s nice and close to town. Only about a 10 minute drive from the downtown core. We weren’t expecting the tiny home to be in the parking lot of a large warehouse/business and being so close to the road. However, the fencing kept it fairly private and we did not see any cars pass by during our stay. I was expecting it to be more in a “nature” setting. Although we didn’t use them during our stay, I loved that there is an outdoor fire pit and a shed with some sporting goods available for guests’ use . I would recommend to others and would book the tiny home again.

Had such a wonderful stay at the Mini Muskoka getaway. The place was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. The amenities were amazing and every detail is truly thought out. The bath robe and slippers provided were that extra special touch to really help elevate the experience and our stay!. Every detail is so well thought out, I can’t say enough great things about this place. The hot tub was beyond fantastic and such a nice luxury to have. Very close to Arrowhead park (which was perfect as we went on the skating loop which was tons of fun!) and not very far from town which makes it a very desirable location as it’s private but not far away from anything you need! Brent and Michelle are wonderful host and have truly out done themselves with this place it’s perfect! Such a beautiful home that truly is a perfect get away location, will have to come back!

Staying there was just what the doctor ordered. My fiancé and I found ourselves a lot of the time cuddling and just enjoying the view. It was extremely cozy and relaxing. We have decided our next kid free weekend or trip will be at there glass dome! 10/10 hosts. Highly recommended to anyone looking.

Stayed one night for a Valentine’s getaway. As soon as we arrived, we fell in love with the coziness of the place and how peaceful the surroundings were. We enjoyed our night and the hot tub which was the highlight of our time!

We really enjoyed our second stay at Brent and Michelle's Tiny home and would absolutely recommend their place to anyone visiting Hunsville. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and romantic winter getaway! Such a cozy place and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and indoor mini fireplace. The location is great too, close to Arrowhead provincial park with lots of winter activities. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and came by to drop off extra towels when we requested it. We are planning to return next year and maybe try out Brent and Michelle's dome this time! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!
What an incredible stay at the tiny house! Everything you could possibly need was there. The robes and nice slippers were a beautiful touch. This place is quite perfectly set up and for a small place felt spacious and aas perfectly laid out. Beautifully constructed! And the hot tub was divine. Thankyou for such an amazing experience.

A perfect place to relax, recharge, and experience awesome natural wonders in the immediate area. We loved our flawless stay in the Tiny House! It was everything, and more, then we hoped. The coziness of this gem, is what stands out the most. From the moment we saw it, walked in, and experienced its welcoming charm; our 3 night stay was beyond expectations. We felt like family, as our hosts made us feel totally at ease, and truly at home.
This was a super great little place to stay. The tiny house is very laid out and lots of room for the two of us on our stay. The location is quite private which was also great. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. No issues. Perfect place to explore living in a tiny home.

My husband and I took a couple of days off to relax, and this was the perfect spot. The hosts were friendly, attentive, thoughtful, and very responsive. The tiny home is beautifully designed, with everything we needed, plus a helpful binder with clear instructions and local information. Our favorite part was unwinding in the private hot tub at night under a sky full of stars, with the string lights around the fence adding a magical touch. Although our stay was too short to try everything, the property also has trails and disc golf that we’d love to explore next time. The location is great too - just a short drive to Lion’s Lookout for stunning fall colors, a walk through downtown to see the Group of Seven re-creations, and a delicious lunch at On the Docks.

The entire experience from booking to check out was amazing! Always quick communication. There is a super detailed binder with everything you want to know, and more! We had requested more of a supply and it was dropped off super quick and the hosts were wonderful! Location is private with a beautiful view!
This place is heaven on earth, specially during fall season (and I imagine winter as well!) The tiny house is small but cozy and it had everything we needed. It’s visible how much they planned every space of the house with care and love. We felt at home ! The hot tube was amazing as well. But the best part is the location, in the middle a small oasis with birds singing and all, and it’s also close to the city! We would definitely come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at the tiny home! It’s very modern, spotless, and cozy — the soft bed sheets were a nice touch. The location is perfect, with plenty of trails nearby for exploring. Michelle and Brent were very responsive and friendly, which made everything easy. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but Brent came right away to fix it. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

We stayed at Brent and Michelle’s place for three nights but wish we could’ve stayed longer! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful! When we first arrived there was minimal firewood left, so I messaged Michelle and within 20 minutes the shed was full of firewood for us! The tiny home is absolutely beautiful, super clean and has everything you need. It is on a beautiful property, that gives a very private feel while still being immersed in the Muskoka life! There’s a ton of amenities, including kayaking, canoeing, scenic walks, disc golf, private hot tub and fire pit, bbq and more things to do on the property and it’s a 10 minute drive from anything you might need from groceries, restaurants, bars, shops and more! We will be recommending this property and more of their properties to friends and family in the future! :) if we could give more stars we would!!

This was such a BEAUTIFUL spot !! Tiny home is totally private and truly a gorgeous property. It feels so fresh and luxurious. Next time I hope to explore more of the property that is available to guests and use the boats. Less than 5 mins drive to downtown. Had a great time with my 11 year old twins - they absolutely LOVED the hot tub + have asked to stay for a week next time. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful and perfect Tiny House with us!
Wir waren vier Gäste und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und stehen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool und Grill ist wirklich toll. Wir haben es auch genossen, mit den in der Nähe befindlichen Kanus zu fahren. Obwohl die Unterkunft recht klein ist, fehlt es an nichts.

All I can say is, "Wow, we were extremely impressed! Everything was planned out so well in the tiny Home!" The amenities were perfect: the dishwasher, washer, and dryer added an excellent touch to our vacation. Not having to do dishes was excellent. hanging out in the net was a great place to read a book and have a nap. I cannot stress how great this place was! An absolutely perfect stay in the Muskoka tiny home. Brent and Michelle have created something very special here. The tiny house was perfect, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Just the guest manual alone blew my mind, they really thought of everything. The grounds are amazing! The path to the river, the water toys, the lookout, the disc golf, the top-of-the-line hot tub, so many cool things to do! The location is great, we were in and out of Huntsville a few times. Just perfection. They have a sweet glass geodome listed as well, can't wait to check that out next. The tiny home would be a great trip for a small family. I just know little ones would have the best time here. A+ and true 10/10.
Felt right at home for the duration of our stay. It was everything we could’ve ever asked for and more! The perfect space for a getaway. The tiny home was well marked with signage, the layout of the space was great and comfortable for 2 people to stay the weekend. The accommodation is located on a sprawling property where the sunrise and sunsets were stunning! Add the hot tub and large outdoor deck for ambience, it was such a great spot with lots to do. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there, otherwise we would have taken advantage of the kayaks on the property too! It’s close enough to Huntsville to be very convenient, but also private enough to feel like your own oasis.

Lovely space and top notch products in the surprisingly large shower. It’s a nice retreat that’s probably a lot prettier in the summer. Beautiful skies above. Just be careful of the handle on the large skillet as it’s quite loose, making cooking for more than 1 person dangerous if you’re not paying attention or skilled at the stove.
Tiny home was a great escape from the city! It was cozy and homey, you can stay all day in the tiny home if you want to. Brent and Michelle were great host and very responsive, appreciated the quick on the response. Would definitely come back!
Absolutely loved staying at this tiny outside. The views are breathtaking. The hot tub outside is like heaven on earth. It is so beautiful, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and will be visiting again. The hosts were amazing. Loved the manual, that provided every detail and made our stay so easy.

Went to the property at the beginning of March for a few days. The property is kept up extremely well - everything is clean and you have everything you need - tea and coffee, bathrobes, towels, etc. The hot tub was the best I have been in. At -10 outside, being half-opened, it not only kept the temperature but it was even able to warm up further! Having a small fireplace with already pre-cut wood was absolutely amazing. The only downside I would mention is a potential lack of total privacy in the Summer as there is a children playground just to the side of the mini-house which is quite close to the property with no fence. It was not an issue for us, however, given 1 meter of snow on the ground and lack of people around. 5/5

Brent and Michelle’s tiny home was very clean and in a great location. We came up as a group wanting to spend time at Arrowhead and we were only 10 minutes away. The grocery store and restaurants are also only 10 minutes away for those looking. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded in a timely manner, and accurately described their home. The hot tub was an added bonus for a visit in the winter. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

A small but cozy space, this thoughtfully designed home by Brent and Michelle had everything we needed for a short stay up North. We were up in the area for winter activities and the hot tub/jacuzzi is a great addition at this time of year. Not our first time staying at Tiny Home and with Brent and Michelle, and definitely won’t be our last. Brent and Michelle take Air BnB to a whole new level. Each time it’s been the same experience. Beautiful, clean place. Everything you need at your fingertips - utensils, knives, coffee/tea, pots and pans, seasoning, garbage bags, paper towel and tp, towels, robes and even comfy slippers!! The hot tub in winter surrounded my snow was just an amazing experience. It was clean and ready to go for us. This time we alo smade great use of built in wood fireplace. We ran out of wood and Brent showed up within 5 mins of us asking about more. They are super responsive. The couple is extremely friendly and they have thought of everything to make your stay excellent. We absolutely love Tiny Home. Next we will try their dome, which is on their beautiful private property. I highly recommend staying with Brent and Michelle. I have stayed at many air bnbs and this was by far the best!
My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Brett & Michelle’s tiny house. The setting is exactly as described, easy to get to but also remote and tranquil. We loved the surroundings, fire pit, hot tub, and walked/hiked in the neighboring areas. The tiny house was exactly as expected and included all the amenities listed. It’s cool, cozy, and efficient with space. It was also very clean which we appreciated for our toddler. We plan on coming back to enjoy it or one of their other properties again soon!

We always wanted to try a tiny home through Airbnb and this was the perfect fit our little family! We did 3 nights over Thanksgiving weekend with our 4 and 1 year old. We enjoyed the comfy beds, good shower, relaxing hot tub and movie nights on the coach (that’s a pull out!.). The well equipped kitchen helped us prepare meals easily everyday. The proximity to Huntsville and nearby Muskoka towns was excellent to enjoy the fall splendour. We found it to be good value for the experience! Thank you for a great stay!

Our Tiny Home stay was wonderful! Brent and Michelle provide everything you need to have a relaxing getaway in nature as we soaked in the hot tub then sat by the campfire under the stars. The property is also just minutes from the Huntsville downtown or the Arrowhead provincial park.
Brent and Michelle’s tiny home was lovely! We got great use out of the salt water hot tub and walking the property. They were super friendly and easy to communicate with.
We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean inside and out and it had a fantastic hot tub. Nice trails to like across the road. Well stocked kitchen with knives that were actually sharp! Would recommend NOT having non stick cookware as most people don’t realize you can’t use sharp utensils with them as it damages the coating releasing toxins when you cook through the scratches so we were’t able to use the pans available. 2 other suggestions: 1) would be clear instructions on how to get the pilot light in the oven to work. We are used to using a gas stove at our cottage that requires a pilot light to be lit first but we couldn’t figure it out on this oven. The hosts sent a video link but I am not really interest in having to watch videos to get an appliance that should be straight forward to work. 2)Unscented, natural laundry soap for the linens, towels and house coats. I am very sensitive to strong scents and many people have allergies/asthma. Overall a lovely place!
Easily my favorite Airbnb experience to date! This tiny home is absolutely stunning! Very modern and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We made good use of the saltwater hottub, bbq grill and firepit. We got to enjoy hiking through a beautiful train on the property. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had The location is private and secluded which is perfect for a couple's getaway weekend. I highly recommend booking this spot!
Me and my girlfriend are extremely clean freaks, and this place was spotless. It had all the amenities and perks we were searching for(hot tub, wood burning fire place, a fire pit) and the instructions were very clear in the book on top of the counter. We had a blast and will 1000% recommend anyone that are hesitating, the price is worth it.
Beautiful property, clean house, stocked up with all essentials--- bathroom and kitchen wise. We really enjoyed our time there. It's a great way to get out of the city and back into nature without being too secluded. The hot tub was a great plus to the property. Brent and Michelle were very nice and responded fairly when we had any issues! We will likely be back.

We loved everything about the property!! It was clean, new, and had all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub was the feature for us! We loved that it was salt water so your skin doesn't itch or smell like chlorine when you get out. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be going back!

Easily one of the best Airbnb we've been to. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet and make a perfect sunset. We're used to cook everyday and didn't miss a single thing. The hot tub was so much appreciated after days hiking and cycling. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time! With on site hiking and a salt water hot tub we felt super spoiled. The home was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed and we are very happy with our experience! 10/10 would recommend!

It was our first time renting an Air Bnb and we weren't disappointed. Brent And Michelle were fantastic hosts, that were always helpful when we had any questions. They left amazing instructions for checkout, how to use the hot tub etc. The tiny home is beautiful inside just as pictured and the view out back is beautiful. The tiny home is in a great location; just far enough away from town to be peaceful but close enough if you forgot to bring something you can pick it up in town. We will for sure be back again!!

We were there for the Muskoka Ironman. Location was perfect to the race site. Space was just enough for the 4 of us. It was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. 🙂
This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The home was clean, modern, and we felt right at home. It felt private, but was close enough to Huntsville that it was easy to get to for activities and shopping/restaurants. The house had all the necessary supplies. They thought of everything. Communication with Brent and Michelle was excellent. The hot tub was amazing!

Wow!! This tiny home was just perfect for our family of 3 while we visited Huntsville. We liked staying deep enough in a natural setting while also being only minutes from the main street in Huntsville. We found everything was in excellent condition and the place had everything we needed in order to cook meals, get washed up, relax and sleep well each day. The place is very well thought out and decorated. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back for sure.

Tucked away in a quiet spot, this tiny home was spectacular. It’s spotless, which is a big plus, and it feels like stepping into a Pinterest board with all its cute touches. The hot tub, grill and fire pit add greatly to the experience. If you’re after a low-key getaway where you can unplug and unwind, this place is the ticket.

Very cute and cozy tiny home perfect for couples. Kitchen was fully stocked and ready for cooking, bathroom was already well stocked with products, and outdoor storage hut even contained 2 pairs of snow shoes and cross country skies to be used! The space is extremely well taken care of and very liveable. Hosts were very responsive and ensured our stay was exceptional. Plenty of hiking trails and provincial parks in the area, and a quick drive takes you to a beautiful downtown Huntsville with plenty of things to do. Salt water hot tub was the cherry on top of a great overall experience. Will definitely be booking again!!

Brent and Michelle’s tiny home was the absolute perfect rental for a weekend getaway. The location is great; quiet and secluded but still within a short drive to town and local activities. We appreciated all the recommendations they offered for the area and the quick communication if we needed anything. The thoughtfulness of so many amenities in the home made the experience truly special. To top it all off, having a hot tub to relax in after a day of cross country skiing was so nice!

Brent and Michelle’s place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, and it has everything we needed and more. The check-in was easy and Brent was kind enough to accommodate our request for bigger ski boots. We had a lovely snowy stay and would definitely come back soon!

My husband & I went for a wintery getaway - this place met all of our expectations. I would absolutely recommend to other travellers - clean, very friendly and accommodating hosts (who actually went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed). The tiny home is very modern and comfortable. We can’t wait to return!
Great little tiny home! We love how close it was to town. We explored the property and it looks like there will be plenty more accommodations to come. Every little detail thought out made the space even cozier! The string lights and outdoor salt water hot tub were my favourite! We enjoyed the hot tub with a bottle of champagne along with a countdown to New Year's! Thanks for having us!
Overall it was an amazing stay. Looks just like the photos. The only thing to note is that it is right beside a company and while they do have very good fencing near the entrance, the living room window opens to a play place which I’m not sure if it gets use or busy (in the summer months) but it is something to note. I was worried about being close to the road but there was maybe 2 cars our 3 day trip and didn’t bother us at all. We loved the house so much, it was an amazing staycation and will for sure be booking again. The hosts were responsive and helping with the hiccup, they were so kind about giving us instructions despite being away.

Had a great time at the cottage. Everything was clean and well organized. Hot tub was very relaxing. My wife loved the modern yet outdoorsy vibe.
Our stay at Brents location was amazing. He was a great host and the property surpasses its description and expectations once you actually get there. Brent was super easy to communicate with and gave us all the information we needed. The house was spotless and had all the amenities needed and more. The hot tub just steps outside the house off the deck is a great addition to the property. If that wasn’t enough the walkable property has so much to offer from trails to disc golf and by the looks of it, more to come. My girlfriend and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay around Huntsville and we will definitely be coming back.
